It was not like growing up with a silver spoon, but more like a trowel in his hands. From a very early stage Michael had been at his father’s side learning the trade. It was from this foundation that he entered Bolton Street Collage as a part-time student whilst continuing working in the family company. Having first completed a 4 year course in Construction Technology, Michael continued his education and was further awarded an honours Degree from Trinity College in Construction Economics . Meanwhile the company had been going from strength to strength expanding into larger domestic and commercial projects. With the passing of Michael Snr, and with the evolving building technologies and construction methods, M. Bredican Construction was incorporated. It’s philosophy to establish and maintain a constructive relationship centred on frank discussion and working together to solve problems for the benefit of all parties.
Offering over 30 years’ experience in the industry, extensive practical and educational knowledge, Michael promises honesty, reliability and strong commitment to total customer satisfaction.
Arthur started out his Construction career qualifying as a technician in Civil Engineering from Bolton Street College. He then went on and worked as a site engineer on large Commercial and Domestic projects with McCabe Builders. It was whilst on site and being the “hands on” type of person that he is, that he accepted his true calling- Carpentry. Arthur went on to serve an apprenticeship with one of the longest established, award winning joinery shops in Dublin. He was awarded a Fetac level 6 qualifications in Carpentry and Joinery. With almost 20 years on-site experience in the construction, Arthur has a unique set of skills to oversee any construction project, from foundations through to the finest details of finishing.
Arthur joined Bredican construction in 2009 and along with a commitment to continuing professional development and a keen eye for detail has been overseeing the construction of new homes ever since.
Bricks and Mortar, was not something that Deborah imagined her life would literally be built around but behind every great company there is a great… accountant.
Deborah was awarded an Honours degree in Business Studies from DCU. Having then worked for a number of smaller companies, Deborah secured a position in the accounts department of Irish Life & Permanent. Whilst working there, and moving up the ranks. Deborah was accredited with an ACCA qualification. With a growing family, in size and number, she decided to go part time. In 2010, having reached a Managerial position within the company, Deborah, made the decision to devote herself full time to the family and the family construction company.
